NovaStar serves many different markets such as Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Engineering and Industrial Manufacturing. Calibration & Repair

NovaStar Metrology offers both calibration and repair services. We perform both onsite and offsite calibrations, with full system/component/end to end calibration for calibrations performed at your facility. Every calibration includes as found/as left data. We also provide troubleshooting/repair of instruments, sensors and measurement/control systems.

Pick-Up & Delivery

NovaStar offers pick up and delivery services for you equipment and instruments. Our pick-up/delivery services are door-to-door and ensure proper handling and conditions of the equipment and instruments. Our standard turn-around time is 1 week. We understand that there are emergencies and therefore we provide "rush-service" as needed.

On-Site Service

On-Site calibration services at your facility are available. Often times, customers believe that on-site calibration is more costly but that is not always the case. We can provide an analysis of your needs to help determine if on-site calibration is the best solution.

Asset Management & Reporting

Drawing on our years of expertise in asset management, we offer complete asset inventory and device tracking. This allows our customers to keep close track of preventative maintenance schedules and to have access to device records including automated recall notices, escalation of these notices, out of tolerance notifications and reverse traceability. We also provide metrics based performance information with a wide variety of standard and custom reports.

Consulting

Our consulting services can be customized for your organization. Consulting can include training, calibration, instrument organization, Measurement Uncertainty Analysis, as well as third party auditing. Please talk with one of our representatives if you are interested in our consulting services.
